We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our busy team that provides quality service to the manufacturing team. 
 
Job Description for the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role:

• As the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for all engineering repairs, preventative maintenance and project work undertaken to a high standard
• By maintaining such records, you contribute to the planned preventive maintenance system database and a stock control system for the engineering stores.
• As the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure the efficient and safe running of all plant machinery, adhere to all health & safety regulations, including referencing and reviewing risk assessments.
• To provide appropriate quality service to enable manufacturing to achieve budgeted targets and improve operational efficiencies and capabilities.
• As the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will recommend and implement improvements to optimise energy efficiency, including sourcing and developing new plant equipment.
• You will maintain factory services, including gas, electricity, water, compressed air, effluent, heating & ventilation.
• As the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for compliance work for gas safety checks, PAT testing, insurance work, lifts & lifting tackle, EICR checks, forklift trucks, LEVs, pressure vessels, & compressors.
• To satisfy the skills matrix, you must be deemed competent and, where necessary, identify any training requirements needed to enhance your skills further in the department.

Candidate Requirements for the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role: 

• Previous experience working in a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering role with skills across mechanical and electrical
• Minimum of 18th Edition Wiring Regulation qualification
• Experience in pneumatics and hydraulics
• Willingness to work on an on-call rota

This role would suit candidates with the following experience: Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer
 
This role is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Keele, Newcastle under Lyme, Crewe, Congleton, Eccleshall, Stone and surrounding areas
 
Hours: Days Monday - Thursday 6am – 2.10pm, Friday 6am – 1.10pm  
Noons Monday - Thursday 2.00pm – 10.10pm, Friday 1pm – 8.10pm
On call rota 1 in 6, Plus Sunday – Thursday rota 1 in 6
