Multi-Skilled Machine ProgrammerLocation: NorfolkWorking hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 Friday 08:00-15:30 (39 hours per week)Salary: £14.83phWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Machine Programmer to join a successful and well-established manufacturing business supplying high-end products to the marine sector.This is a varied and technically focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple CNC and fabrication platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused production environment.The RoleYou will be responsible for programming, setting and, when required, operating a range of advanced CNC and fabrication machinery, including:CNC machining centresLaser cutting systemsPress Brake machinesXYZ CNC machinesFlatbed CNC RoutersAluminium machining equipmentYou will use Radan, Mastercam and FOMCAM to create and optimise CNC programmes, with training available for candidates who have strong experience with alternative programming software.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, optimise and implement CNC programmes across a range of machinery.Set up machinery, including tooling, calibration and parameter selection.Interpret engineering drawings, CAD files and technical specifications.Carry out first-off inspections and ongoing quality checks.Troubleshoot machine, software and production issues.Make adjustments to programmes and tooling to maintain quality and efficiency.Perform tooling changes and routine machine maintenance where ..... full job details .....
