In this role, you will play a key part in the smooth and efficient running of our production lines, operating a range of packing and processing machinery to meet daily targets. You will contribute to improving line performance, maintain excellent housekeeping standards, and uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene procedures. Your role will involve resolving running issues, carrying out product testing, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met at every stage of production. You will also be responsible for cleaning lines during changeovers or shutdowns and following our IWS ways of working principles.
