Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents'' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard. About the role We are looking for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our Home Counties team, delivering responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work. The role will primarily cover the Milton Keynes area, with additional support required across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire as business needs dictate. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week covering the hours between 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday plus Saturday morning. The later shift and Saturday morning working is delivered on a rota basis. The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, which comes with an additional payment. To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live within the Milton Keynes area. A full UK driving licence is essential.
