Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents'' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard. About the role We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our Swindon team, delivering complex repairs and general multi-skilled work. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week covering the hours between 8 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday plus Saturday morning. The later shift and Saturday morning working is delivered on a rota basis. The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, which comes with an additional payment. To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live within the Swindon or Gloucester area. A full UK driving licence is essential. A basic DBS check is required, which will be paid for by Guinness.
