The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £23 CIS via an Umbrella company. Ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering high-quality carpentry and multi-trade repairs within social housing properties, with the ability to work independently, provide excellent customer service and achieve first-time fixes across tenanted and void homes.
