Multi Skilled Joiner

IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner for our client based in Bury (BL2). This is a minimum 3-month agency contract, working on responsive repairs and maintenance across council properties throughout the borough. Duties: Carry out joinery repairs and general multi-skilled maintenance Complete responsive repairs in occupied and void council properties Use a tablet/PDA to receive and complete work orders and order materials Work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent) Multi-skilled experience with own tools Experience working in property maintenance or social housing Confident using tablets/PDAs for job management Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points Knowledge of safe working practices Hours and Pay: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm 23.00 - 25.00 per hour Weekly pay via agency!
