Your new companyWe are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy responsive repairs team working across the Widnes and surrounding areas on behalf of a well-established social housing contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking for a long-term temporary contract with consistent work and an immediate start.Your new roleCarrying out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joineryHanging and repairing internal and external doorsRepairs to frames, skirting boards, architraves and flooringKitchen repairs, replacements and installationsUPVC window and door repairsFire door maintenance and repairsGeneral property maintenance and reactive repair worksCompleting basic multi-trade tasks such as patch plastering, tiling and minor plumbing repairsDiagnosing faults and identifying the most effective repair solutionRecording completed works using PDA or mobile technologyEnsuring all work complies with health and safety regulationsProviding excellent customer service within tenanted propertiesWhat you''ll need to succeedNVQ Level 2 or equivalent in JoineryPrevious experience working within social housing or responsive repairsMulti-skilled maintenance experience desirableFull UK Driving LicenceAbility to work independently and manage workloads effectivelyWhat you''ll get in returnWeekly payOngoing temporary contractConsistent workloadOpportunity to work with a leading social housing contractorImmediate start availableWhat you need to do ..... full job details .....
