Multi-Skilled Joiner - Temp to PermWe are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Joiners to carry out maintenance and repair works across tenanted and void properties.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, combined with additional skills such as plumbing, plastering and general property maintenance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can turn their hand to a variety of tasks and complete work to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out joinery repairs and maintenance within residential properties.Undertake plumbing repairs and maintenance.Carry out plastering, patching and making-good works.Work across both occupied and void properties.Identify defects and complete repairs efficiently and safely.Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales.Work professionally and respectfully within tenants'' homes.Comply with relevant health and safety requirements.The Ideal CandidateProven experience as a Joiner.Multi-skilled, with additional experience in plumbing, plastering or general maintenance.Experience working in residential properties, social housing or similar environments is desirable.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Full UK driving licence is required.Temp to Perm OpportunityThe position will initially be offered on a temporary basis, giving both the candidate and client the opportunity to ensure the role is a good fit.
