The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, combined with additional skills such as plumbing, plastering and general property maintenance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can turn their hand to a variety of tasks and complete work to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out joinery repairs and maintenance within residential properties. Undertake plumbing repairs and maintenance. Carry out plastering, patching and making-good works. Work across both occupied and void properties. Identify defects and complete repairs efficiently and safely. Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales. Work professionally and respectfully within tenants'' homes. Comply with relevant health and safety requirements. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Joiner.
