Multi-Skilled Joiner – Social Housing Repairs
Location: Leeds
Salary: Competitive
Contract Type: Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm (flexible)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day joinery repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
• Tasks may include door hanging, skirting, architraves, kitchen unit repairs, and basic plumbing or patch plastering
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents

Requirements:

• Proven experience in joinery within domestic or social housing settings
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (company van and fuel card provided)
• Ability to pass a DBS check
