Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer Bias

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC (Refrigeration) bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.

Responsibilities

Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answering queries and overseeing planned PPM/compliance works.

Keep the client informed of site activities and assist contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.

Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.

Maintain a flexible approach to work and working hours, prioritise own workload, and assist other engineers/staff as required.

Qualifications

City and Guilds level qualification with experience in maintenance / facilities management.

Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Good understanding of current Health and Safety legislation and building statutory compliance, and ability to apply to the role.

Able to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg, able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights, available to join a call out rota, and hold a full UK driving licence.
