Job Purpose Working on a foot mobile basis, mainly between zones 1 and 2 carrying out the following works responsibilities.  Key Responsibilities PPM''s and Reactive maintenance across MandE Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU''s, AHU''s, HVAC plant, Water treatment, boilers, chillers.  Use tablet technology to log and close PPM and reactive calls, maintaining up-to-date asset registers and test sheets.
