Multi Skilled Flagger

Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Flagger to join Bury Council s Housing Repairs team on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. Main Duties Undertake all flagging, drainage, groundwork and relevant multiskilling duties to council-managed buildings and other assigned properties Carry out excavation works, assessing the structural integrity of areas before starting work Complete fencing renewals, replacements and removals as required Operate and maintain tools, plant and equipment safely and in line with manufacturers guidance Use council IT systems and PDAs to record and update work in real time Diagnose tenant-reported repairs and provide accurate information to planners Maintain work vehicles, ensuring they are secure, clean and used only for authorised purposes Follow all health and safety policies, risk assessments and safe working practices Record materials used, maintain stock levels and request non-standard items when needed Essential Criteria NVQ Level 2 in Flagging and Ground Works or equivalent qualification NVQ multiskilling certificate or equivalent experience Experience in the building industry with the ability to make repair recommendations Full valid driving licence Please apply with an up to date CV ASAP if this role would be of interest to ..... full job details .....
