Location: Telford
Salary: £52,817 per annum (Including Shift Allowance)
Shift: Double Days

Multi-Skilled Facilities Engineer Overview:
Responsible for maintaining all site facilities and managing external contractors delivering related services. The Facilities Engineer ensures smooth, safe, and compliant operation of equipment and building systems, while supporting health, safety, and environmental standards across the site.
Multi-Skilled Facilities Engineer Responsibilities:
- Maintain door access, barrier, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.
- Oversee site security management.
- Maintain boilers, welfare facilities, changing rooms, and building fabric.
- Maintain HV/LV supply equipment, cooling towers, chillers, compressors, vacuum systems, air conditioning, and air handling units.
- Maintain water treatment, wastewater treatment, drainage systems, and lighting/emergency lighting.
- Manage contractors for services (e.g., facilities maintenance, cleaning).
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks.
- Promote and enforce HSE policies, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Multi-Skilled Facilities Engineer Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience in a similar facilities/maintenance role.
- Willingness to be hands-on.
Desirable:
- Time-served Maintenance Engineer or Electrician.
- IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of CHP/gas generation.
- Experience with CMMS.
- Contractor management experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001.
- HV trained.
- Additional trade skills (plumbing, carpentry, Gas Safe, etc.).
