About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and well-established construction and facilities management business delivering high-quality projects and maintenance services across the South West.Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Fire Door Carpenter to work on a dedicated hospitality sector contract, carrying out fire door inspections, maintenance, repairs and compliance works. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter with strong knowledge of fire door regulations who is looking for a long-term career with a business that offers genuine progression opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out fire door maintenance, repairs and remedial works in line with current regulations and legislation.Assess work requirements and prepare accurate quotations for labour and materials.Liaise directly with clients, providing technical guidance and explaining compliance requirements.Inspect, certify and sign off completed works to the required standards.Complete and maintain accurate job records, reports and compliance documentation.Upload photographs, certification and supporting documentation to company systems.Support account management and billing teams by resolving client queries and providing job-related information.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.Strong carpentry and general maintenance experience.Sound understanding of fire door regulations, ..... full job details .....
