Salary: -45,000 - -48,000 + Overtime

The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you''ll play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently and reliably. Working in a fast-paced environment, you''ll be responsible for both reactive breakdown response and planned maintenance, while also supporting continuous improvement and project work across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns and carry out effective fault finding and repairs
Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance
Assist with project work, installations, and equipment upgrades
Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and engineering best practice

What We''re Looking For:

Electrically biased or multi-skilled engineer
Level 3 engineering qualification (essential)
Experience within FMCG, food, packaging, or manufacturing environments
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
