The Role As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you''ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a fast-paced production facility. Working a 12-hour day shift pattern, you''ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of automated production and packaging equipment. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime Responding quickly to breakdowns and ensuring minimal production disruption Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Working closely with production teams to optimise equipment performance Maintaining accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation Ensuring all work is completed safely.
