Multi-Skilled EngineerLocation: Dover and Folkestone / Ashford Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 per annumWe are currently recruiting for two Multi-Skilled Engineers to join a well-established estates and facilities team supporting critical infrastructure across sites in Dover, Folkestone and Ashford.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers with strong mechanical and electrical expertise to work within a busy and technically challenging environment. You will be responsible for maintaining key building services and ensuring critical systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building services plant and equipmentDiagnose and rectify faults across both mechanical and electrical systemsMaintain and service HVAC systems, boilers, air handling units, BMS controls, electrical distribution systems and water servicesSupport minor installations, refurbishments and improvement projectsEnsure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and statutory compliance requirementsAssist in driving continuous improvement and reducing equipment downtimeAbout YouHNC/HND qualified, or equivalent, in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering disciplineExperience working within a complex engineering or maintenance environmentStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across MandE systemsKnowledge of compliance, maintenance standards and health ..... full job details .....
