Respond to day-to-day repair requests and emergency call-outs Communicate effectively with tenants, explaining the nature of work, expected timescales, and any disruption. Deliver a polite, professional, and respectful service, particularly in occupied homes. Ensure all work is compliant with relevant building regulations, company policies, and HandS procedures. Complete work right first time, minimising follow-up visits. You Will Need: Proven ability across multiple trades, ideally within social housing or domestic settings Full UK driving licence.
