Shift Pattern - 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shiftsSupportive engineering and production environmentTalent Guardian is partnering with a well-established FMCG manufacturing business to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their engineering team in Knighton, Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will play a key role in maintaining plant reliability, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement across the site. The Role As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support across a wide range of production equipment and plant machinery. You will work closely with the wider Engineering and Production teams to ensure operational efficiency, reliability and safety standards are consistently maintained. Key responsibilities include:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance activitiesResponding to breakdowns and fault finding across mechanical and electrical systemsRecording maintenance activities accurately using CMMS systemsSupporting continuous improvement and plant reliability projectsAssisting with machinery upgrades, modifications and installationsEnsuring all work is completed in line with health, safety, food safety and quality standardsSupporting and mentoring operators and junior engineers where required What We''re Looking For Proven experience within FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environmentsStrong ..... full job details .....
