This opportunity is permanent and based in Birmingham. You will be working within various commercial and domestic properties. Performance Objectives Resolve 90 % of reactive calls (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) on first visit and within agreed SLAs, restoring full operation the same day. Deliver 100 % of planned preventive maintenance on schedule Scope, quote and complete small building-fabric and M&E projects on time and within budget, generating additional revenue. Maintain zero RIDDOR incidents and 100 % compliance with all H&S, electrical and water regulations on every job. Build trusted relationships that convert 80 % of first-time clients into repeat or contract work within six months.
