Role Requirements - Shift Engineer CriteriaEssential Technical Skills and Experience Minimum 3-5 years'' experience in a technical engineering role within a commercial building, critical environment, data centre, or high end corporate site Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background (multi skilled preferred) Confident carrying out PPM and reactive tasks on critical systems under time pressure Experience working on shift in 24/7 environments Competent with the following systems: HVAC (AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems) Electrical distribution, lighting, and power Pumps, motors, BMS controls, basic fault finding Plumbing and general MandE plant Ability to manage and prioritise alarms, callouts, and critical incidents Comfortable coordinating with contractors and maintaining safe working proceduresCertifications Required Level 2 or 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 18th Edition...
