Respond to alarms, breakdowns, callouts, and critical incidents in a timely and professional manner. Safely operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical, HV, and associated building services systems. Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed within agreed SLAs. Diagnose faults and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Monitor and maintain systems including BMS, air conditioning, chillers, AHUs, pumps, heating systems, motors, plumbing, and life safety systems.
