Multi-Skilled Engineer

Randstad CandP is recruiting for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing UK-based property services team. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career and grow with a company from the ground up.The Package:Competitive salary between 30,000 - 33,000 (depending on experience)Company van and fuel card provided28 days annual leaveGenerous pension schemeUniform and PPE provided Key Responsibilities:Carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks in residential propertiesPerforming carpentry and joinery duties, including repairs and installationsBoxing in and securing exposed pipeworkLifting, relaying, and repairing floorboards where neededCompleting minor patching, plastering, and finishing workProviding a friendly, professional service while working in occupied homesRequirements:Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled or handyperson roleStrong carpentry/joinery skills and a good general maintenance backgroundExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work independently and professionally in domestic settingsFull UK driving licenceInterested?
