Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Salary: £50,422.56 Shift Pattern: 4x on 4x off Days only 12x hour shift Orion is partnered with a very fast paced precision engineering business located in Birmingham which is recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team.All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and have a minimum of 1x years experience working in the UK in a manufacturing environment. CNC experience is KEY!Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties:Maintenance of CNC machineryMaintaining manual and automatic machinery in a CNC workshopMaintain manual lathers, milling machines, planers, bar peelers etc Maintenance of Hydraulic and pneumatic systemsWork proactively to maintain and repair equipment across the plant facilityDetailed shift handoversPPM sContinuous improvement projectsMulti-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Experience:Must have at least 2x years experience working with CNC machineryMUST have experience maintaining CNC machineryMust be confident with electrical and mechanical fault findingExperience stripping and rebuilding machineryMust have experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsMust have at least 5x years experience in plant maintenanceMust have an electrical or mechanical qualification HND/NVQMachinery installation and commissioning experienceContinuous Improvement Project experiencePLC s fault findingBe able to understand Schematics drawings.Reliable and flexible attitude ..... full job details .....
