Multi Skilled Engineer

Permanent - Full Time - 40 HoursWe are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our repairs and maintenance team to work across properties within Basildon, Essex.About the RoleWorking to deliver the best quality service, carrying out repairs to void properties, you''ll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, within a social housing setting. You''ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.About YouCandidates will hold a minimum of Level 2 NVQ in two trades or a Level 2 Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repairs Operative or equivalent. Ideally, you will hold a blue CSCS or higher and have excellent working knowledge of health and safety.
