About the role Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, you ll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to within the social housing sector, to include minor plumbing, joinery, tiling/wet walling, kitchen repairs and renewals and bathroom repairs including renewals, UPVC window and door maintenance including renewals minor external repairs to gates and fences all within a social housing setting. You ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.
