I''m recruiting for an Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Boston. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, a popular 4 on / 4 off shift pattern and the chance to join a stable engineering team supporting a busy production operation.

If you enjoy fault finding, getting equipment back up and running and working on a variety of production machinery, this is a role where no two shifts are the same.

• Responding to electrical and mechanical breakdowns to keep production moving
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across site
• Fault finding on electrical systems and PLC-controlled equipment
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults where required
• Working with production teams to minimise downtime and improve reliability
• Completing maintenance records and supporting continuous improvement
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety

• Electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer
• Level 3 Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong electrical fault-finding ability
• Experience working with PLC-controlled machinery
• Mechanical maintenance experience
• Background within food manufacturing, FMCG or another fast-paced production environment
• Comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off days and nights shift pattern

• -52,500 basic salary
• Only work half the year with a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
