It''s a busy, high-output environment where engineering has a direct impact on production performance. The equipment is varied, the pace is real, and when something goes down, you''ll be expected to find the fault and get it moving again. This isn''t a role for someone who wants every problem neatly diagnosed before it reaches them. You''ll be hands-on across production equipment, supporting the wider engineering team to reduce downtime, improve reliability and stop repeat failures.
