This role involves delivering both  statutory planned preventative maintenance (PPM)  and  reactive maintenance , with a strong focus on electrical and general building services. You will be a  reliable, self-motivated engineer  with a proactive approach to maintenance, committed to delivering high standards of work. The ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team, alongside strong communication skills, will be key to success in this role.
