As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring plant equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will play a key role in improving reliability, minimising downtime, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining the highest health and safety standardsClient DetailsOur client is a market-leading business operating a specialist incinerator bottom ash processing facility, recovering valuable metals and supporting the circular economy through recycling and aggregates production. The site processes up to 250,000 tonnes per annum and operates within a safety-focused, performance-driven manufacturing environment.DescriptionCarry out planned preventative maintenance activities in line with the CMMS maintenance system.Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime.Diagnose mechanical faults and complete corrective maintenance activities safely.Complete maintenance documentation accurately within the CMMS system.Monitor critical spare parts and support stock control requirements.Suggest and implement plant and process improvements.Support audits and compliance activities.Supervise contractors and ensure adherence to site safety procedures and RAMS.Collaborate closely with operations and maintenance teams to improve plant reliability and performance.Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental ..... full job details .....
