As part of a large organisation, the company offers a supportive environment with a focus on operational excellence.DescriptionWork on a rotating shift pattern to provide engineering breakdown support for the Site, execute changeovers and continuous improvement activities. Diagnose and overcome operational problems, working with the production team to identify root cause of problems and then suggest and implement improvements to address reliability. Execute PPM tasks and effectively react to unscheduled maintenance requirements with appropriate corrective action. Update the Engineering Team Leader to reorder spare parts used to ensure stick levels are maintenance and to control spares in an efficient manner. Actively look for areas of improvement and put forward ideas to improve PPM''s, Store Management, Maintenance Day activities and alternative efficient equipment / processes. Takes pride in maintaining the standards in and around own working area and any areas of allocated ownership.
