Multi-Skilled Engineer

Are you an electrically bias maintenance engineer looking for a role that will challenge you? There is a wide range of machinery on site ranging from ovens, mixers, chillers and packaging lines.

Key Responsibilities of this Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role:

• Maintenance Excellence: Take charge of both planned and reactive maintenance for site machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Mechanical and Electrical Expertise: Utilise your skills in both mechanical and electrical maintenance to address a variety of challenges across the site.
• Be a part of the engineering department's growth..
• Fault finding in complex systems.
• Conducting both planned and reactive maintenance
• Leaving panels in a safe, tidy and locked condition.
• Developing engineering apprentices.
• Identifying and implementing improvement projects

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role:

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Technician or similar position
• Experience within manufacturing environment and performed planned or reactive maintenance
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering, manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical field
• Electrically biased
