You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation, planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, repair, and periodic inspection of the full spectrum of building services - including Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water systems, and BMS. This is a static role, meaning you''ll build a deep knowledge of one site and its critical systems, both mechanical and electrical, and play a key part in keeping building operations running smoothly.
