In this permanent position, you''ll provide essential maintenance support across multiple care home locations, ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional, and welcoming environments for residents and staff alike. What will you be responsible for? As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you''ll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in maintaining operational excellence across our care home facilities. Your day to day will include: Performing planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks including Legionella testingDiagnosing and repairing faults across building systems including HVAC, electrical installations, and plumbingUndertaking fabric maintenance including carpentry, painting, and general repairsSupporting small refurbishment projects and coordinating with sub-contractorsMaintaining accurate documentation and records using our digital systems What are we looking for?
