About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Multi-Skilled Engineer

to join our Facilities Management team, providing planned and reactive maintenance across various commercial properties. This hands-on role requires flexibility and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of building services issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs in electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.

Diagnose faults in building systems and implement effective solutions.

Carry out basic electrical and mechanical works in compliance with relevant regulations.

Coordinate with clients and site staff to ensure minimal operational disruption.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete job reports.

Follow health and safety procedures and statutory compliance during all tasks.

Assist in coordinating specialist contractors when needed.

Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a Facilities Management environment.

Strong knowledge of building systems, preferably with an electrical or mechanical focus.

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Recognized trade qualifications (e.g., City and Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) in electrical, mechanical, or building services.

Knowledge of 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations (desirable if electrically biased).
