This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established engineering team in a unique environment, combining modern office space with an adjoining museum and gallery. You''ll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and general building services maintenance while providing a first-class service to the client. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) in line with schedules. Respond to reactive maintenance requests and resolve faults efficiently. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical building services faults. Maintain HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs and other building services equipment. Complete maintenance records and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Liaise with the client and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
