Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer
Type: Permanent
Location: Warrington
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (days & nights)
Salary: Up to -50,000 depending on experience

Are you a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias looking for your next career move?

The Role:

• Diagnose and support engineering breakdowns
• Maintain, repair, and improve plant equipment and services in line with the preventive maintenance schedule
• Install new machinery and equipment
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives during planned downtime
• Raise requests for spares and consumables
• Meet key performance targets, including downtime reduction, work order completion, and equipment availability
• Support and contribute to the preventive maintenance strategy
• Carry out predictive, preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance
• Maintain accurate records and report on completed work

The Candidate:

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and maintenance skills
• Time-served multi-skilled maintenance engineer (ONC/HNC or equivalent)
• 17th or 18th Edition qualified
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with high-speed production equipment
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
