Multi Skilled Engineer Location: RhylJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWorking Hours: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off - (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00)Salary: 57,000 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shift Engineer with a strong Electrical bias to join a well established manufacturing business. This role would suit an experienced engineer who enjoys hands on fault finding, preventative maintenance and continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing environment. The Role:Working as part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, responding to breakdowns and supporting the ongoing improvement of site reliability.Key responsibilities will include:Carrying out planned preventative and predictive maintenanceDiagnosing and repairing electrical faults to minimise downtimeSupporting mechanical fault finding and repairsCompleting breakdown repairs and root cause analysisSupporting the installation, commissioning and modification of equipmentMaintaining critical spares and engineering recordsSupporting continuous improvement and energy reduction initiativesEnsuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with site procedures The candidate:We''re looking for a qualified or time served Engineer with strong fault-finding experience within a manufacturing environment.You should have:Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experienceElectrical Engineering qualification or time-served ..... full job details .....
