Electrical Maintenance EngineerWhite City, LondonUp to £48,000 per annum We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and highly regarded building services provider at a prestigious site in White City, London. You ll be joining a supportive on-site team of four engineers, responsible for maintaining both landlord and tenant areas across the building. The role offers a varied workload, combining planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and general building services duties across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site. Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs, replacements, and installations. Work safely with both single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. Maintain and test emergency lighting and fire alarm systems. Operate, monitor, and respond to alarms through the Building Management System (BMS). Carry out maintenance and servicing of AHUs, FCUs, VAV/VRF systems, generators, and associated equipment. Maintain pumps, motors, cooling towers, and other mechanical plant. Support water treatment activities, including testing, dosing, and inspections.
