Maintenance Engineer - Electrically Biased - Sheffield £45,000 - Double Days - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm This is a well-established manufacturing business with a good reputation for investing in its people with a low turnover, a stable and experienced engineering team with a site that''s continued to grows. You''ll be a key technical point of contact on shift, given real ownership over breakdown and preventative maintenance across a varied range of production machinery, not just following a checklist but genuinely diagnosing and solving problems as they come up. What you''ll bring: Apprentice-trained, NVQ Level 3 or HNC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Strong electrical fault-finding circuits from 415V to 24VDC Experience with inverters, servo and DC drives Pneumatics knowledge, able to read mechanical drawings Comfortable working within a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment On top of the salary, you''ll get a genuinely well-supported working environment and structured shift pattern, so you wont have to worry about your sleeping pattern getting messed up.
