Focused on innovation and operational excellence within their industry they''ve recently had major investment including a new state of the art manufacturing site.DescriptionYou will be required to carry out daily mechanical and electrical maintenance on machinery and production equipment Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise production downtime Complete scheduled maintenance tasks safely, to standard, and on time Identify and implement engineering improvements that enhance reliability, performance, and efficiency Support production during shift with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Communicate clearly with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure effective coordination and decision-making Execute planned and preventive maintenance activities in line with the maintenance plan to maximise asset reliability and longevity Support proactive improvement activities, identifying recurring issues and contributing to root cause analysis and reliability improvements Collaborate closely with Operations and Manufacturing teams to prioritise maintenance ..... full job details .....
