They are looking to further strengthen their maintenance team, with the addition of an electrical biased engineer.Key SkillsApprentice Trained Electrical Engineer Experience of PLC''s and Automated MachineryUnderstanding of PPM Systems in and FMCG EnvironmentThe RoleWith a minimum of a formal apprenticeship in electrical engineering the successful candidate will have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules project based work within an automated environment, with a multi-skilled pedigree. On a day to day basis, you will be involved working with fast moving equipment. You will be working on manufacturing machinery such as, pumps, ovens, mixers, conveyors, robotics and packaging machinery. The role also requires a proactive approach as you will take part in waste reduction initiatives on site. As part of the maintenance function, you will be actively encouraged to get involved with process improvement initiatives along with planned and preventative maintenance ensuring maximum output and the least amount of disruption to production.
