Independently diagnose mechanical, electrical and instrumentation faults. Carry out emergency repairs safely under Lead Engineer direction. Fault-find PLCs, sensors, drives and control panels. Carry out mechanical repairs on bearings, gearboxes, conveyors and pumps. Carry out electrical repairs on motors, starters, switchgear and wiring. Safely isolate and reinstate equipment under Permit to Work procedures. Complete accurate CMMS breakdown and maintenance work orders. Support RCA investigations and implement corrective actions. Support production restart and sign off equipment for return to service. Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) through the CMMS. Carry out condition monitoring including vibration, thermal imaging and lubrication. Perform electrical testing including insulation resistance, earth continuity and PAT.
