Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise production downtime. Act as the lead engineer on site, providing day-to-day technical guidance and support to the engineering team (no direct reports). Ensure machinery is operating safely, efficiently, and to the required production standards. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements. Conduct routine inspections, fault finding, and equipment health checks. Order, fit, and replace components and spare parts as required. Work closely with the Engineering Manager to improve equipment reliability and site performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce recurring faults.... Permanent
