Multiskilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)Wembley£50,000 to £52,000 Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of a well established food manufacturer in Wembley. We are looking for a Multiskilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their engineering team on days. This is a hands on maintenance role on a busy, highly automated food production site. You will be keeping the lines running, diagnosing faults properly rather than patching them, and finding the improvements that stop the same problem coming back next week. The shift Tuesday to Saturday, 07:00 to 16:30. 45 hour contract, fully site based in Wembley. What you will be doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across the production plant Diagnosing root cause on breakdowns and returning equipment to service as quickly as safely possible Recording all inspections, work carried out and faults found on the site CMMS Completing daily, weekly and monthly checks in and around the workshop areas Identifying cost effective improvements to site assets to lift efficiency and reliability Reporting defects and escalating to the relevant supervisor where needed Promoting health and safety and working to company policies and procedures throughout What we are looking for City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline At least two years in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair experience in ..... full job details .....
