Their Northamptonshire site is growing fast. The engineering team has recently doubled in size, a new production line went in last year, and further investment is planned to expand capacity. They''re now looking for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join the day team. The Role Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across process and production equipment Provide breakdown cover and fault find electrical and mechanical issues to keep the site running Manage contractors on site and issue permits to work Order own spares and keep stock levels in check Work a 3s and 2s day pattern, 6am to 6pm, covering 7 days including bank holidays Use planned shutdowns, such as bank holidays when the site isn''t producing, to get key work done What We''re Looking For A multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias A recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent apprenticeship) Food manufacturing experience preferred, but process or pharmaceutical...
