The hourly rate will be based off a 39kpa salary - CIS payments allowed.Resident Electrical Maintenance Engineer - AtherstoneWe are seeking a Resident Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support our clients FM contract.Key Responsibilities:Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on HVAC and electrical systems, including distribution systems, control panels, air conditioning units, chillers, boilers, pumps, and BMS.Handle minor fabric repairs, non-skilled tasks, and general MandE support as required.Carry out small installation works, building fabric repairs, and general handyperson duties with a strong focus on customer care.Provide detailed reports on remedial work, chargeable tasks, and life cycle condition assessments.Offer technical expertise and hands-on electrical support for service delivery.Participate in the site duty call-out rota.Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude, assisting the client team across all Facilities Management needs.This role requires technical competency, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.Must have: Level 3 Inspection Level 3 NVQ - 2357Electrical Engineering qualification discipline 18th Edition.Own transportTo apply, please respond with your up to date CV and I will be in touch this week. ..... full job details .....
