They offer long-term stability, genuine career development and a great work-life balance on a 4 on 4 off rota.Key Responsibilities:Respond to line stoppages, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faultsCarry out planned preventative maintenance to reduce downtimeLog all work and fault history on the CMMSDrive improvements in line performance and waste reductionWork to food safety and hygiene standards on the production floorManage spares and oversee contractors on siteCoach operators and share knowledge with the engineering teamRequirements:Multi-Skilled or Maintenance Engineer experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skillsEngineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, HNC or apprenticeship)CMMS experience and good knowledge of safe working practicesAble to work rotating days and nightsDesirable Skills:Food, FMCG or high-volume production experiencePLC fault-finding (Siemens or Allen Bradley)Knowledge of packaging lines, pneumatics and hydraulics17th or 18th Edition, plus exposure to Lean, TPM or 5SBenefits:Up to 50,000 on a 4 on 4 off rotaPension, plus ..... full job details .....
